Been a difficult decision but we have decided to sell our beautiful standard Shetland pony Lotuspoint Penny.
Penny  is a lovely stamp of a traditional Shetland pony who has proven to be a very sweet girl. She has been backed professionally and slowly and is currently being ridden on by my 5 year old daughter.
Penny is lunging and long reining beautifully. She is very

​responsive to the voice and confident over poles and jumps.
Penny is easy to lead with a child on board and would excel in any discipline. She would make a super pony club/ showing/family  pony.
She is used to all farm machinery and farm livestock and is good with road traffic. She comes when called and will stand very patiently to be brushed and washed. She had her first outing to a local show recently and behaved impeccably.
No laminitis history. Loads and travels well.
Penny has been ridden on the lead rein and will need more work to come off the lead rein as we just haven’t got to that stage yet. She’s very bold and willing and is not phased by much. She loves to jump and enjoys a job. Genuine reason for sale in that we want the best for her and for her to reach her full potential as a beautifully bred Shetland. Her mother is island bred. She deserves more than being a companion and my daughter has already really outgrown her and wants to move onto our Dartmoor pony.
